In late 2012, LWHA had experienced extended periods of downtime due to the effects of hurricane Sandy. As a result, the firm wanted to move away from on-premises hosted servers and into the cloud in order to gain guaranteed up-time and reliability of services. And with limited staff, LWHA wanted to find a technology provider that would also be able to help maintain the environment.

Based on LWHA's requirements, Metro CSG proposed full replication of the company's email and file servers within Office 365 & Azure respectively. Supported by Azure backup, this ensured the redundancy that LWHA required. Metro CSG now provides IT support to manage accounts on both platforms and has helped scale them as the company size has doubled.
