In late 2012, LWHA had experienced extended periods of downtime due to the effects of hurricane Sandy. As a result, the firm wanted to move away from on-premises hosted servers and into the cloud in order to gain guaranteed up-time and reliability of services. And with limited staff, LWHA wanted to find a technology provider that would also be able to help maintain the environment.
