In 2013, Eataly was hosting its email services in on-premises using an Exchange Server environment, and needed to upgrade due to a growing user base. As an expanding brand set to open new locations in the foreseeable future, Eataly required an email solution that would be able to scale alongside their growth. It was at this point that the company turned its attention towards the cloud, and Office 365 in particular, which would best match the experience that users and administrators were most accustomed.

To meet the needs of Eataly, Metro CSG proposed migration to Office 365. With the cloud service, the Eataly increased accessibility of its email services and standardized the Office suite versions being used to the most current version.
Since their migration, Metro CSG has taken on an IT consulting role with Eataly and supplied the company with Meraki for its Manhattan and Chicago locations.
