Originally from a hospitality background, Heather knows exactly how to put someone at ease when beginning an IT project. Acting as a liaison between our team of engineers and management, she works to ensure the timely delivery of quality IT services.
Jamie primarily works on our cloud deployment projects, managing the process through from start to finish. As a holder of certification in Office 365 and Azure, she has proven expertise in the two platforms. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys photography and basketball.
As Security Analyst, Casey consults with clients to develop IT security policies and manage compliance. For this role, he leverages 16 years of military experience, as well as degrees in both Cybersecurity and Intelligence Operation Studies.
Based in the Philippines, Fel helps Metro CSG to support customers around the clock. And with over 8 years of experience in IT, he lends his skills to everything, from Office 365 and Azure migration to cybersecurity. In his spare time Fel enjoys playing badminton.
Peter has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with skills good enough for Metro CSG to keep him aboard after moving all the way to South Korea. As our remote engineer he handles cloud migration projects with specialty in Microsoft Azure and provides quick fixes for technical issues.
Drawing from 20 years in IT, John Shen looks to bring a personal touch to the market. As a project manager, he provides hands-on management through each stage of the cloud system implementation process, including consultation, development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Chris is a results-driven IT professional with extensive experience in IT engineering, administration and support. With Metro CSG, he specializes in Azure Networking and all topics related to Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, & Skype for Business PSTN Calling.
With several years of accounting & risk management experience in financial industry, Christina knows how to run an accounting department effectively and efficiently. Precise and focused, she is a strong support to the Metro CSG team. She received her Master’s Degree from Fordham University and is working her way to CPA.
